Terrill owns Success By Design, where she Helps Experts package their knowledge into online courses. Helping experts take on the e-learning space after walking away from the corporate world after deciding to take on an MBA as a way to battle Imposter Syndrome.
At first, she worked on customer/user journeys for marketplaces, digital products, and high-volume service automation. But felt that she was not reaching her soul client. During the height of covid, she pivoted to focus on helping experts and training providers move into the eLearning space because education and sharing knowledge are important to her.
